I would like too let it be known , When ever I call , they jump , The last tow I called in , truck in a hard spot , tight squeeze, parked back in the rear , I called for tow , I talked with dispatch , She said with in the hour , The driver shows up , & smiles & said I was right, first a 29 ft roll back was ordered up , The drive said he knew this address , he pulls up on his cell phone a satellite photo & sure enough a 29 ft roll back would not fit , So he jumps in the short bed tow truck & backs right in , hooks up & we are gone , The drive done his home work , Save $$$ & time , When I call in , I say what I need , & I say bill me ! I like the billing , In my world I need good team players , Go ahead make the call , They even answer 4:00 in the morning . I would of like too send photos , Don"t know how to do that on here ,

We were traveling in our mini motorhome from Florida to Michigan when our RV broke down. Robert, Chris, and Lonnie came to the rescue and despite being rained on, quickly discovered what was wrong. They made several calls on our behalf to find someone available to fix the motorhome and get us safely and quickly back on the road. Then towed us to exactly the right shop. Needing to understand what the problem was first so we could be towed to the proper place to handle that particular problem was key. They saved us time, money, and gave us peace of mind. Their professional, smart, and kind to have gone beyond towing our vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Really professional service

On the road working and brake lines went bad. Called AAA and Saunders was at my sight fairly quick. Loaded my V-10 Excursion up and on his way. Driver named Cody and.... wow.... totally professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
